As you enter the residence after taking the elevator from outside your private double garage, the sense of arrival is almost immediate as the open concept floor plan reveals itself to awe inspired guests. Dark cherry floors and trim are accented by earth tone walls and classic contemporary furniture that appeals to all generations.

The gourmet kitchen is a place of immediate gravitation as guests are drawn to the stylish Bosch stainless steel appliances, rich wood cabinets and an extensive granite eating bar which is a beacon for conversation with other guests. Appointed with every appliance you would expect from home, The Penthouse goes beyond expectation with accessories like a built-in wine fridge.

Smartly tucked into the corner beside the kitchen is a breakfast nook that comfortably seats six for the casual meal. For a more formal dining experience, the expansive custom dining room table is perfectly accented by large curved cushioned bench seats and elegant chairs that generously host a party of eight or more.

In plain view of both the kitchen and dining areas is the main living room which is defined by two large designer sofas that nestle around a striking gas fireplace and a large screen LCD TV and entertainment system. Upstairs, guests enjoy three elegantly appointed sleeping quarters. The Master bedroom features a lavish king-sized bed with dramatic views of the Three Sisters Mountain Range to the south and Lady MacDonald to the North. The large walk-in closet is ideal for any length of stay. The deluxe en-suite bathroom is a special treat with a large tiled steam shower with a powerful rainbow shower head, his and hers sinks, and an oversized soaker tub with a dramatic vaulted ceiling and chandelier to make bath-time a noteworthy occasion.

The cozy second bedroom features two Twin beds with spectacular North facing views. The spacious third bedroom, often mistaken for the Master, presents a Queen-sized bed with a 37" LCD TV and DVD directed at a Queen sofa bed and Chez ideal for lounging or sleeping extra guests. Once again, stunning views are commonplace. Adjacent to the second and third bedrooms is the other full bathroom with a large tiled shower.
